KirstenKirsten Wolfe (nee Doughty) is the principle acupuncturist and founder of MERIDIAN FERTILITY as well one of the founders of Mornington Complementary Medicine. Her passion for Women’s Health and a culmination of studying natural healing techniques over the past 17 years, give Kirsten a unique understanding of the human body and spirit.

 

She solely  focuses on treatment of Reproductive & Women's health conditions such as infertility (natural and IVF), pregnancy, pre birth, labour and post natal.

 

Kirsten approaches her patients with an open mind, compassion and a medically integrative perspective, working closely with patients to return them to optimum health.


Kirsten strives to integrate traditional and complimentary care in order to effectively improve and maintain her patient’s life-long health. Her expertise provides patients with comprehensive treatments to address the needs of individuals and couples suffering from infertility and sub-fertility.


Kirsten has built a strong reputation on the Mornington Peninsula in gynecology and fertility over 10 years providing optimum patient care pre and post natally alongside midwives, gynecologists and obstetricians. Currently completing a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Western Sydney specialising in Gynecology and Fertility. She is a licensed Acupuncturist also certified Master NLP practitioner, Natural Fertility Awareness trainer and Doula (Birth attendant)

JAN WOODCOCK


JanJan’s professional training includes advanced, full time study in China and she has all the necessary qualifications and background to cater for your health needs. Jan has extensive experience in women’s health and uses the most up to date approaches for a range of conditions, including reproductive problems (IVF, unexplained fertility and natural fertility), period pain, endometriosis, menopause, pregnancy and pre-and post-natal issues.


Jan can treat a myriad of complaints and takes a holistic approach to health care, by treating your body as a whole to achieve relief from your presenting condition. Jan’s approach is focused on helping you understand the dynamics of your complaint and to address the causes of your condition. At all times, Jan works to provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for her clients.


Treatments include acupuncture, herbal medicine and natural fertility awareness, which include basal temperature charting with cervical mucus and most important learning the ebb and flow of your own cycle. This combination of therapies works with the body’s natural vital energy (qi) which is inherent in all living things. This promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself, bringing one’s organ system back into balance, creating a healthy and fertile body!”

MARC SENATOR

Marc Senator is both a qualified Acupuncturist and Naturopath. Even during his studies of Western Medicine in the mid-nineties, his focus was on natural medicine. Studying Naturopathy in Brisbane was fuelling his passion and Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture seemed to complete the puzzle. Now after a number of years of treating clients, he sees it as an honour to watch people's lives improve. He sees his role as practitioner is to educate and provide the support needed for individuals to feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives and in their health.

His Acupuncture treatments combine needling techniques, cupping, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, massage and Chinese Herbal prescription. His background in Naturopathy, Nutrition and Herbalism ensures an approach that is multimodal and complete. Marc believes it is of utmost importance to provide a holistic approach that may include referral with other complementary medical and Western Medical practitioners depending on the treatment objectives and the client’s wishes.

Marc not only has had invaluable experience treating male infertility both naturally and in conjunction with IVF but also has great success with hormonal imbalances, digestive complaints, fatigue and problems with the nervous system such as stress, anxiety and depression.
